I’m just a lady residing in the Chicago suburbs searching for her joyful purpose of life 🙂

Here are a few quick facts about me:

• I am a physical therapist
• I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, hiking, and going on adventures, big or small
• I am currently learning how to speak Polish
• I have lived in 7 different states (Illinois, Missouri, Texas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Oregon)
• My lifetime goal is to write and publish a novel

Behind Courting the Joyful Purpose

Throughout my relatively short adult life, there are moments where I’ve wondered if there is more to my life than what I experience during my day to day, week to week routine. Often, these moments present as simple, fleeting thoughts in the midst of my work responsibilities or chores at home, activities which don’t allow the time to dwell on such existential dilemmas. But then, there are those times where that question of “is there more” hits at just the right moment, just the right headspace to make me seriously rethink what I expect out of my life trajectory and the choices that have led me to where I am in that moment.

I started this blog to give myself a platform to just get started. Started with writing, started with exploring, started with really finding intention, purpose, and joy with how I live my life. I don’t know what will come from this experiment, if my life will drastically change or if it will remain the same. What I do know is I am happy and thankful that you are here, giving my words life as I court my joyful purpose. <3
